MS in BITS-Pilani via MNC company(Work integrated programme) is better or MS in abroad like USA is better after 1 years of IT experience?

I am working in an MNC offering to do MS(Computer Science) in BITS Pilani. Actually i planned to do MS in USA after having 2 years of work experience in IT industry. Now I am confused whether to do MS in BITS or go abroad. Please guide me through this. Also guide me in scope n salry in either cases

HI KKK. BITS Pilani is one of the best Engineering colleges in the country. The teaching facility is so good that the students get placed in one of the best companies in the country and abroad. It is better to do from BITS Pilani. All the best. Regards. Gijoo
