MS in india?Wat is its value here. If i choose to go abroad how are my chances

I finished my engineering. Yet to get the final sem marks. 10th-88.16 PUC-75.5 BE(E&C)- 64 Am planning to do MS,jst ot sure where. Wanted it to be nearer so i can tend to my parents too wen i will. Suggestions are welcome

MS in USA is better in terms of ROI (Retun On Investment). You need to do well GRE and TOEFL in order to admission at any reputed university. Your academics are good.
