MS in Information Technology Management(ITM)

Hi My gre Score is 298 and toefl Score is 83.And i got a cgpa of 8.14/10 in my BE(Information Technology).Are there any chances for me to get into Illinois institute of technology,chicago or texas at dallas(UTD) for MS in ITM???. can you please recommend some colleges for my profile.thank you
