MS or MBA which one is better ?

Depends entirely what you want to do. Are you going for the fun or the money? A happy medium, in gradients till you get to your sweet spot. Look at jobs and careers you'd want to do, even for free, if money or time wasn't an obstacle. Then look at industries that best pay for those skills that align with your cultural values because passion is a great motivator to be excellent at those things. Then look at the skills that come easily to you and you enjoy that you would you can do at better efficiency than most. Hone those skills while discerning a workable path to where you want to be with realistic timelines, with measurable markers of progress. You don't need a map, so much as a compass and vision of yourself. Keep in mind, any venture with service to others in mind will find greater momentum than just belly-gazing because that's how we're wired. Serve people by services they need and want, and you have a career or a business. So which form of education will give you a better basis to be able to do that, given your present skills and resources?
