MS Universities in US and Saudi Arabia
I'm planning for my MS in 2014 in Electrical Engineering probably in the US or Saudi Arabia but I'm unable to find some good institutes .

Saudi Arabia is not that good for master degree's. You can go for US, they offer a much higher grade of education.
