msc clinical research or m.b.a hospital management?which one is more valuable?

i am a medical graduate currently doing my own practice in the field of dentistry.i want to pursue my study in medical feild but not able to chose from clinical research and m.b.a hosp. management.also i would like to know hich institute is best to study these courses through correspondence?
