Hi Ishaan. PUNJAB ENGG COLLEGE has IRRIGATION & HYDROLOGY STRUCTURES,TECHNICAL TEACHERS TRAINING INSTITUTE has CONSTRUCTION TECH & MANAGEMENT are the M.Tech colleges in chandigarh which courses are like civil and are useful in our day to day life also. All the best. Regards. Manish
