MTech in RVCE

Hi, I want to pursue MTech in CSE. My Gate score this year is 393. I did not get a seat in any of the IITs/NITs. I've applied for PGCET and I'm looking forward to get a seat in RVCE. I'm having 2 years of experience in IT Services. Should I opt for RV or try once again next year? Please help
