MTECH OR JOB AFTER BTECH IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING FROM IP UNIVERSITY??

What is better, Mtech or Basically I am in 3rd year Mechanical and faced with a dilemma of going for mtech or job?? I do not want to tacke teaching/research line?? So is mtech good for me or job after btech?? Also name companies which take mtech students in india and salary they offer??? Thank YOU

    Hi Piyush,
    After B.Tech in Mechanical engineering, you have two options. Either you may continue studies or apply for a job. The choice entirely depends on your interest.
    * If you want to continue studies you may go for M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering which is a viable option if you have interest in research field. Otherwise, you may go for MBA to work in management line.
    * If you want to work, then you may find employment in :
    -automobile
    -chemical
    -electronics
    -steel plants
    -oil exploration and refining
    -technical wings of armed forces
    -space research organisations
