Mujhe ARTS stream mein 39.2% mila hein.To kya mein Commerce leke B.COM padu?Kya baad mein mera carrier waste to nhi ho jayega

U cannot do B.Com since u r in arts stream I reckon u repeat 12th standard and get better percentage With 39% it is very difficult to get admission in a good college After that u can either do BMM or BA or Law U can also prepare for IAS exams Hope this helps
