If you pass 12th with math than you eligible for bca .in bhilai have many bca college such as Bhilai institute of technology ,digital college ,shankarcharaya mahavidyalay
why are you worry about english ,in bca ALL subject in english is true but ,the english language is very simply written in book .when you read book you easyly understand all thing that is written is book .only your book is in english and all thing is hindi you can asked question in hindi of your teacher .if you want all in hindi so not possible -
