Hi,
With interest in electrical field, you may opt for electrical engineering. You may pursue B.Tech if you have studied Science (Physics, chemistry, Maths) in 12th with minimum 60%. However, there are colleges which admit students who have scored 45% - 50%.
Some of the colleges offering B.Tech

If you have completed your 12th now, then you can go for B.Tech EEE, or even you can go for diploma.
