    if you have no work experience then MBA regular is better , Executive MBA is only for working professionals

    Dear Kunal, you have been rightly guided by our experts @MSK and @Harshdeep. I will just add that executive MBA is for working professionals to seek departmental promotion in the same organization(mostly). As a fresher, it is always advisable to pursue a regular MBA through CAT/MAT/XAT entrance exam as the colleges which offer admission through these exams, are better colleges.
    Lastly, your BCA marks are good, give your self at least 6 months preparation time for entrance exam with the help of some good coaching center like TIME or CL education.

    Hi,
    As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your BCA and then opt for MBA.
    The advantage of this step would be:
    - You will gain relevant work experience.
    - After working you will know which specialization to opt while pursuing MBA.
    -- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
    - Finally, if you work for few years you may yourself manage the partial or full tuition fee for pursuing MBA.
