As Mr. Chakraborty had rightly advised you, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswa Vidyala, Kalyani, West Bengal will be your best option within the state.

You can apply to Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswa Vidyala, Nadia WB; or to Calcutta University for Hons. in Agriculture.
