My 10,12& B.C.A. in 2005-08&11 with 64,57 & 82%. How can I go abroad for further study?

sir, I am SANJAY KUMAR SEN belongs from a middle class family. My 10th & 12th from J.A.C.RANCHI with 64 & 57%. Then I have complete my B.C.A in 2011 with 8.2 DGPA. now I am pursuing MCA 4th sem under IGNOU. But I want to go abroad for further study with scholarship or bank loan. How could it posible
