My 10th and 12th marks are 60% but my graduation has 40%, can I do MBA course? Am I eligible?

Yes, you can pursue your MBA, but the problem is you cannot do the MBA in top colleges. You need to do your Masters in some low colleges. To get eligible for Doing Masters you need to qualify in your Graduation, so you qualified but you got very less percentile in that.
