my 10th,diploma percentage is 73% and 69% respectively but my 12th percentage is 46% .Is there any problem to apply for upsc exam ?
i am continuing my b.tech in electrical engg. in bput,odisha. i am in 3rd year .

I dont think there is any problem bcz in any case you have to face the entrance. So go ahead, face the challenge. All you need to do is recognize you passion and the world is yours...

1)A pass in a degree from any University,
2)For IAS and IPS the candidate must be a citizen of India,
3)For other services a candidate can be either a citizen of India,a subject of Nepal,a subject of Bhutan or a Tibetian refugee
