So, as per your query I would suggest that your sister should complete her 12th from India and once completed then she may consider pursuing undergraduate degree from universiti

before searching of anything you need to ask your sister as to which course is she looking out for,
and then which country..try and ask siksha or any other search station about the consultancy firms in your city
