hi Anshul, the date to apply to oxford University has already passed on Oct 15 last year. So if you do not want to waste a year you can consider other University. If you are keen on pursuing Engineering at Oxford only then you can apply now or later but before Oct 15 2011 for admission in Sep 2012.
