My 12th overall score is 91% and PCM score is 91% and I have 60 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get SSN or any top college for engineering?

Though you have good marks in boards, still you are unable to get into colleges through it. With your Mains score, getting into SSN is not likely to be in your favour according to your last year statistics or any of the top colleges as their ranking requirement is below 20K. According to previous year's statistics, this score is not enough for getting admission in SSN. You can try in private self-financing and autonomous colleges with this score.
