My 12th percentage is 67%. where can I get admission to Btech/B.E program in any college in India where JEE ranks are not taken?

My JEE ranks are not good. If I drop for a year and give the exam next year is it a good option?

Dear Samar there are many universities like Lovely, Amity, Sharda etc that are offering admissions to students on the basis of both the marks in 12th and JEE. So, you can try for admission in them. Not only this some of them of them are also offering scholarships/ financial aid to students. Good luc
