Yes, you can apply for IIIT-Delhi. Your marks are too good.

According to your above-mentioned scores, keeping in mind your subcategory, you cannot get admission into IIIT, Delhi as it requires a higher rank. However, you can apply for other government colleges.

Getting IIIT-D might not be possible with this rank but yes you can get admission in other colleges.

Your rank is too high because there are nearly 700 seats only in IIITs and they all end below the maximum 15K rank and your rank is above 80K. So, there is no chance for you of getting a seat in IIIT-Delhi.

It is almost impossible to get IIIT-Delhi with this rank. I would suggest you to go for some good private colleges. You can predict the possible colleges here:
