Some companies consider your academics where as some don't, depending on your dream company it might or might not affect respectively. Its the companies that put in criteria and not the college, hence depends on the company you are applying

Yes, it will affect your placement in every college either you are in SIES or any other college because now a days good companies prefer minimum 60 percent in 10th, 12th and your graduation.
