My 12th score is 60% but my PCM score is less than 60%. Can I get admission in Jadavpur University with my WBJEE rank?

Yes, scoring 60% marks in your class 12th will definitely make you eligible for getting admission in Jadavpur University. This of course will be based on your WBJEE rank.
