My 12th score is 66%. Am I eligible for IIITs?

No, you are not eligible for IITs or IIITs, you can only get admission in private colleges if you are a general or OBC category student. You can only give state level exams like UPSEE or WBJEE and many more. If you have any queries please feel free to ask.

Your 12th percentage is not taken into much account. It is the entrance exam that does. To get into IIT, you first give JEE Mains. After qualification of Mains, you give JEE advance. If you get a good percentile, you get into IIT.
