My 12th score is 70% from CBSE board and CUET marks are 542. Can I get a govt. university in Delhi or Gurugram for B.Com (H)?

Not for B.Com ( H ), but you can get B.Com (P) at Delhi University of you are from SC/ST or OBC category.
