My 2018 CET score is 100 (94.68 %) and haven't got any seat in N.L Dalmia Institute through CAP rounds. What are my chances for ACAP seats?

I belong to Hindi minority candidate.

If anybody gets a chance to go to better colleges and opts out, you may stand a chance. You can go to the college and enquire about the last percentile accepted for the ACap process.
