My academic performance is very bad. Can I get a call from XLRI if I get 99 percentile in XAT? I have no work experience.

Dear Pranav, thank you for asking this question as you are lying in the doubt, whether you would be eligible to get a call from XLRI. I would remind you of the story of the baby giraffe, who stands under the mother giraffe & gets consistent kicks after kicks so that he can get up & run. So the same is for everyone, if you fall get up & run consistently & stop not until you succeed. You need to carry confidence, dedication, sincerity, trust & patience that you can do it, is the key to success. I wish you all the very best for the career.
    Regards, Sudipto.

Sure you will. Call for XLRI is solely based on your XAT score. After that, for your final selection, your academic performance may be judged. However, you should not worry much about your academic performance. If you do good in the interview process, then you are most probably selected for XLRI.

You will get a call from XLRI with 99 percentile but you will have to do really do well in your GD and personal interviews to convert your score, because academic scores are taken into consideration in the final stage after all the processes are over.

As long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria, you will get a call. Interview calls are mainly on the basis of the XAT score.
