There is a good chance, provided you meet the cut off of the XAT or CAT scores.

If you clear the minimum cut off required for CAT or XAT, you would be shortlisted for the GD/PI process. Your final selection would be based on your performance in the GD/PI process and not purely based on your academic scores.
