My ACPC merit rank is 929. Can I get admission in DAIICT in computer science?

1. We do not have computer science in DAIICT. It is ICT- Information and Communication Technology and it has a honors minor in COMPUTATIONAL Science NOT COMPUTER Science. A minor is where you do additional courses in addition to the main courses.
Also keep in mind only around 100 students get through ACPC so when you apply if your DAIICT merit rank is below 150 only then you can have a fair chance to be sure of admission into DA.

The General Category cutoff for B.Tech. (Hons.) in ICT with minor in Computational Science is around 150 rank and that for B.Tech ICT is around 400. So, it is difficult for you to get admission.

7 years agoHi, according to last year's cut-off, the closing rank for ICT branch was 229 (ACPC rank) and 51 for ICT + minors in computational science. Hence, it is quite tough to get admission.
