Hi Smit,
The government of Gujarat had started Study Center for Civil Services Examination in 1992 named SPIPA. This organization teaches students who want to join Civil Services (IAS / IPS / IFS / and other Group 1 - 2 services).
Candidates must pass the entrance exam to join this study center. S
