If you have passion and determination there is no age to learn something. There is no age criteria in any college to get a admission in it. JEE and GUJCET are exams to get into big government colleges and get the best out of it. But you easily can apply for any private college without any exam.

Yes, you can certainly join college at the age of 23 without taking the GUJCET and JEE exams. Many colleges offer degree programs for students who did not take these exams, or for those who did not do well on them. The admission process may vary from college to college, but typically it involves submitting your transcripts, filling out an application form, and sometimes taking an entrance exam. Some colleges also take into consideration your work experience, extra-curricular activities, and other factors. It's a good idea to research different colleges and their admission requirements to find one that fits your needs and goals.
