Sankar you can join LLB as The Bar Council Of India has withdrawn the age restriction to take admission in law courses. The students are allowed to take admissions in colleges/universities in LLB or LLM courses without any age limit.
Most law schools give admission on the basis of CLAT/ LSAT. Some give admission on the basis of CLAT/ LSAT as well as your previous qualifying exam.
Law schools that offer admission through CLAT/ LSAT are
Jodhpur National University, Narandi, Jahnwar Road, Jodhpur
Siddhartha Law College, Sahastradhara Road, Near IT Park, Dehradun
SOA National Institute of Law, Siksha O Anusandhan University, Khandagiri Square,
    ...more

In most of the universities one of the eligibility criteria is minimum age of above 20 years for 3 years LLB course after graduation degree. I am of the opinion that you are eligible to do 3 years LLB course in most of the universities.
