Which arts subjects are good. n which local institute in panchkula or Chandigarh provides forms n guidance for examination of plus two private in arts, its best if they can provide some books or notes also

Hi Daljit you can do 12th arts from National Institute of Open schooling NIOS. You can choose any subjects you wish to study from the list given in the link : http://www.nios.ac.in/departmentsunits/academic/senior-secondary-course-equivalent-to-class-xii.aspx For other doubts you can see this link
