My age is 30 years and I am working in an MNC. Should I take up a software course, if it's not too late, for good salary packages?

I did my B.Com in 2013.

    Hello Anil,
    The Motto this days is skill, reskill and better skill. What this means is that everybody must keep on improving his/her skills throughout the lifetime. As the times change, different skills are required to be understood, assimilated and utilised. I am sure if you take up some software course definitely your employbility in the market will increase and you will get a better salary package. However a word of caution. I would advise you to take such courses which are in line with your work area and which will enable value addition to what you are doing presently.
