No, you are not eligible for railways. If you have any Certificate like SC/ST, then you can apply for railways. RRB Group D the latest Updates The specified age limit for RRB Group D is 18 to 33 years. A candidate must have passed class 10th or have an ITI degree or Diploma to be eligible for the RR
