Its good to do a distance MBA program but as you have a 5 year or more exp. you should do a executive MBA from International B Scholl or Excel or from IIM's, so you can explore more opportunities and a bright future after completing this programme. Yes, you are eligible and I suggest you do it from a DEC and UGC approved institute which has a learnign centre in your city or near to it.
