My age is 46 years. Can I pursue LLB from NIILM University and get BCI registration to practice?

<p>You can still secure a bar council of India (BCI) registration for pursuing LLB from NIILM University at the time of 46 years of age since some basics should be looked after and would assure practice of law.</p><p>Age restriction is no value in entering into LLB programs in India. Upon qualifying for all eligibility criteria which are generally having a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least 45-50% marks and completing all necessary tests, you can sit for registration with BCI.&nbsp;</p><p>To be licensed for practicing law, you will need to qualify for an All India Bar Examination (AIBE), the examination conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The age is not a restriction for the BCI examination.&nbsp;</p><p>So it can never matter to registering with the BCI or pursuing the LLB course at any age as long as all academic and procedural requirements are duly met.</p>
