My aggregate percentage in B.Tech is 67%. Can I study abroad?

If you score very well in GRE, you stand a chance of getting admission abroad for MS.

For MBA, you have to score very high in GMAT. As your academic record is not excellent, you are advised to gain few years experience to build your CV for admission abroad.
