I PASSED 12 WITH 81.4% and BIT means birla institute of technology or any college for BE/B,TECH.

No you cant get any BIT. better try for private colleges of Gurgaon , Faridabad . here you can get some average Private colleges. Like GITM , ITM , Lingyaya's , Manav Rachna e.t.c
