As per your ranks you might not be eligible for the Central Counselling conducted by CBSE.
But then you should rely on some decent state colleges, and for this you need to tell your state name first.
Also there are some universities like Lovely Professional Univ /Amity Univ/ Bhartiya VidyaPeeth Univ
