You have chances in N.I.T. also. Send your AIEE ranking & marksheet to the NIT's you have applied. You will get one of the branches of your choice.

Hi adding to what Mr.Mathur has suggested, i'd request you to lock your options by logging on to www.ccb.nic.in between 18th 23rd June and wait for the counseling. You may get a call basing on that between July 6th to July 13.
