    Dear Radha, please don't mind but to get job in good college as Asst Professor, you need to have M.Tech. degree at least from a NIT plus your English has to be good.
    Secondly, technical degrees like B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., B.Pharm and diplomas are not given through correspondence or distance learning mode as these are not approved by AICTE.

    You can not do Mtech by distance mode this is not valid in india and abroad , as per UGC and AICTE rule , many university provide this program, all are fake so i not suggets you to go for this , and for become a professor your all degree must be by regular mode not by distance and be aware this type of distance program , they have no value even you not mention it in your resume , this is not good also for resume
