My AIR (general) is 38352 and my All India ST Rank is 721. Can I get into NALSAR based on my category?
Are the counseling and confirmation fees refundable after floating in the 1st round and exiting in the 4th round? Should I accept consortium's counselling invitation? Are Counselling and confirmation fees both refundable after exit if already paid?

With an All India ST Rank of 721, you have a good chance of getting admission to NALSAR based on your category, as the cutoff for the ST category is usually much lower than the general category, making it likely that your rank falls within the admission range for NALSAR for the ST category.
