My AIR is 373710 and GEN-EWS is 43591. Can I get CSE in any NIT or IIIT? I am a boy. My domicile state is Haryana.

You need to have more than 97 percentile and about 30000 rank you do have options of CSE as general EWS outside candidates at some North east NITs, like NIT Sikkim, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Srinagar etc. If your were not and the domicile state is Haryana. You can get CSE at IIIT Vadodara, IIIT Dha
