My all India rank is 8933. Can I get COEP for instrumentation engineering?

Hello Sanjeet,
Yes, there is a chance. You can get Instrumentation Engineering at COEP. But, it also depends on your Category and how you give preferences in choice form. Cutoff for 1st Cap Round 2017 for GOPENS ( G means General and OPEN is Category and S is State Level ) was 705 (166) I. e. 705th
