My all India rank is 8933. Can I get COEP for instrumentation engineering?

For GSCS it was 6502 (129) I. e. 6502th Rank and 129 marks. For GSTS it was 16168 (104) I. e. 16168th Rank and 104 marks. For GVJS it was 7402 (126). For GNT1S it was 4684 (137).
