However, there are some government medical colleges where you might get admission with a rank of 91435 in NEET 2022 for MBBS. These colleges are: Data Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences in Wardha SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Center in Chennai In these two colleges, the closing rank goes up to 3 Lacs, and you can easily get admission in the MBBS course.
