    In the absence of details like category and domicile, it is difficult to say if you can get a government college or not for the MBBS degree. Since the cut-off for government medical colleges is usually very high and one usually has to score above 600 and rank below 15,000 in the open category. However, there are some government medical colleges where you might get admission with a rank of 91435 in NEET 2022 for MBBS. These colleges are:
    Data Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences in Wardha
    SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Center in Chennai
