My AP EAMCET rank is 38400. Can I get CSE branch in Vignan University? I belong to BC-D category.

You have mentioned that you have got 38400 rank in Andhra Pradesh eamcet and you belongs to bc-d category. With this rank it is difficult to get in computer Science engineering . But you can get admission for mechanical, civil, electronics and computer engineering in the college.
