It is not a bad GPA but I suggest you to clear backlogs. In Canada, the entry requirements for Masters is set by the universities based on their reputation in the world. So, you'll have chances to get admission in any Canadian university. First, list out all the universities you'd like to get in and check their entry requirements for Masters programme.
    All the best!

    Hello Ramini,
Universities abroad look for a wider spectrum of knowledge from prospective students. It's not about the top score in academics. Hence I would advise you to approach an agency that deals in sending students to Canada for MS.
    Best wishes.
