My backlog history is 30 but I am very eager to pursue Masters in Canada. What will be my chances of getting Visa?

I have an IELTS score of 6.5.

With so much backlog, you will not get admission to file visa. I suggest you do one year Masters in UK. Make sure you clear it with good marks, then apply for a PG Diploma in Canada. Anyway Masters in Canada are two year programme, this is the only way you can get into Canada on study route.

Even your percentage is good as per their norms, they can not issue a visa.
